Maruquel Icaza
Graduated with Cum Laude honor of the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in 1996. She earned her Master degree in International Business from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 2002.
She worked at the Panamanian Institute of Foreign Trade and as Legal Counsel and Vice Consul at the Embassy of Panama in Washington, D.C.
Subsequently, she served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Office of Legal Affairs and Treaties.
