She earned her Master degree in Law at Duke University in 1997. In 2002, Mrs. Escobar participated in the Strategic Negotiation Program at Harvard University.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the early 90\u2019s, she worked in the Tax Department of KPMG, and later served as a lawyer for the Legal Department at the National Foreign Trade Council of Panama in 1998.
