In 2007, she completed her Master in Accounting and Auditing, with honors \u201cAcademic Palma.\u201d<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the programs highlighted in which she has participated: Diploma in International Business at the University of Santiago de Chile in 2000, Intensive Negotiation Program on Investment at the University of Lima, Peru, and Intensive Training in International Negotiations \u2013 Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She worked at the National Commission for the Promotion of Foreign Investment (PRO-PANAMA) in 1997, and has held important positions in the public sector, providing advice to ministers and deputy ministers of the Government of Panama, on International Negotiations and Trade.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has been consultant to various government agencies and NGOs, among the most important development of the National Strategy of the Government of Panama for the Trade Capacity Building Program of the Trade Promotion Agreement with the United States.
